Human Resource is the most precious of all resources. In a general way, Human Resource are the people and their characteristics at work either at the national level or organizational level.

It tries to secure the best from people by winning their whole hearted co-operation. And it is the management of employee’s skills, knowledge, talents, aptitudes, creative abilities.

Effectiveness of the organization must result in betterment of services to the customers in the form of high quality product supplied at reasonable costs.

It is the process of binding people and organizations together so that the objectives of each are obtained.
